CFI CFII Dwight Hernandez Dwight Hernandez began to pursue his life long dream of becoming a pilot with The Flight School at Palm Springs. After completing his training and receiving his CFI rating he started instructing full time with the school and is looking forward to a long career as a Flight Instructor. Although he would consider flying corporate jets as a career path, he desires to keep instructing pilots at The Flight School at Palm Springs and share his enthusiasm and love for flying with many more pilots in the years to come. He recalls the excitement he felt when he realized his dream and knows there are many people out there that are waiting to do the same. Taking part in helping pilots achieve their dreams and getting them to the sky is what drives his desire to keep teaching here at The Flight School at Palm Springs.

CFI CFII Reggie I began my training in 2004 here at the flight school. I quickly earned all my ratings and began instructing to build hours. After gaining valuable experience, I was able to enter the Airline world where I had the opportunity to pilot modern jets in the United States and abroad. I continue to work as an instructor, sharing my knowledge and experience with others.

I traveled a lot as a child and was fascinated with aviation. I always wondered what was going on up front. As technology developed, my interest grew in flight simulators. I followed aviation closely throughout the years as I worked in other fields. One day I decided to take an intro flight, and happy to say, I still am flying.

CFI CFII Robert I started my flying career in Arizona at a Flight School Academy where I got my pilots license in 2005. I then got a type rating in a CRJ-200 in 2006 and upon moving back to CA to The Flight School at Palm Springs where I got my CFI in 2008 and have now been instructing since then.

Growing up in a small town most of the time I was looking up at the airplanes flying by. With that, it sparked my interest to be there one day and be the one people are looking up at. I now have my license and still enjoy it for the life, the views, and getting to see the smile on the students face when they achieve their Private Pilot License.

CFI CFII Terry Terry Bolin: I started to fly August 2001 in Elko Nevada and moved to Palm Springs shortly after to finish my Private and Commercial with the flight school.

My dad worked for Boeing and growing up he would introduce me to the pilots he knew and occasionally I got rides in everything from gliders to 737's. I was hooked and as soon as I was able I made a career out of flying. Now I am happy to help others as they follow their dreams and begin the journey of becoming pilots.
